Kelly helped us land our dream home. She estimated very accurately what we would likely need to offer to have the winning bid. At the same time, she did not pressure us to bid too high to get the home and wanted us to be comfortable with our decision in the end. I really respect that about her -- she was always on our side looking after our interests and not just the bottom line for her. Once our offer was accepted, she checked in at every step to make sure things were moving along. If I had a question early in the morning on my way to work or late in the evening after work, she was super responsive over text or phone. She's also knowledgeable about everything having to do with homes, even renovations! We consider ourselves lucky to have met Kelly by chance at an open house a whole year before our purchase. She kept in touch and when we found a home, I immediately called her up to see if she would represent us on a moment's notice. She met me at the home to check it out together and gave her vote of confidence. From there, it all worked out.
