Vivienne helped us find our first home. She was with us the whole step of the way from fall 2021 to March 2022. As a first time home buyer and being unfamiliar with the NJ area, we had a lot of questions and concerns but Viv was very knowledgeable about the North Bergen area and was very patient and personable throughout the entire process. She was always willing to walkthrough the details of the house, contract, and neighborhood. Viv worked according to our schedule even though she was also very busy which included many after working hour conversations and early morning viewings. She always made us feel welcome and never pressured us during the months long process. She was always positive and gave us many words of encouragement when we were about to give up. She also connected us to our home inspector and attorney who were also a pleasure to work with. The only sad part about closing on our home is not seeing Viv every weekend.
